He had only been at Classic for 2 weeks when I came in, so he didn't know all the features of the cars yet. "Mr. Speaks is truly the kind of person needed to run a service department, he and his crew set a very high level of concern for our needs and after watching other customers come in it was clear he met theirs as well. We commented on how this service is so much nicer than other dealers and it is the people you have working for you. This is a top notch finely oiled machine that is being run here! "Darius was more than just a salesman, he was professional and answered every question we had on our new CX-9 and if he didn't know the answer he found the answer from one of the technicians in the dealership. The finance person did not try and pressure us about taking the extended warranty. When we told him we were not interested he did try to expand the information package as to why we needed to take the warranty but when I told him I didn't want the second time, he complied and didn't pressure me any further. They had all the paperwork ready when we arrived and the vehicle was ready to test drive. After we got back from the test drive, we were in and out of the dealership with the transaction complete and headed home with a minimum wait."................Garland

Everytime I come in to have my car serviced I'm always welcomed with friendly, happy, smiling faces...which is usually Ramsay or Aaron.. and I always get my car back in one piece!!!!
