I am writing to highly commend a salesperson in your employ, Andrew Myers. Last week, my wife and I accompanied my adult daughter, Alden, to provide moral support in her purchase of a new car. She had done extensive research and entered your dealership fully committed that the Mazda M3 was the right choice for her. Andrew was the designated salesman with whom she worked. Over the next several hours, Andrew was extremely helpful to Alden in working her way through the negotiation process, test driving the vehicle and eventually purchasing it. He was extremely helpful in training as well, taking her through the many details of the new electronics that come with a modern vehicle. While we waited, my wife, Linda, began to pay more and more attention to the MX-5 that was on display in your showroom. Partly, it was the color, but partly it was her desire to move on to another car. She had been driving a Fiat 500L - chosen for its economy during a period of long commute - and she really wanted to "move up". But not spend the money, if you follow me. Because it is our anniversary, I quietly encouraged her to look more closely at it and also suggested to Andrew that he talk to her about it as well. Again, the process was pure pleasure, largely because of Andrew's low-key style and high degree of familiarity with the products. Both Alden and Linda left with new cars that day. Throughout this process, I was purposely on the sideline, available if asked, but trying to let the process flow in the manner they each wished. In Linda's case, of course, the payments will come by me, although she is self-employed and successful on her own. In Alden's case, the transaction was entirely her own, but having a father near-by was comforting. From the husband/father's point of view, I could not have been more pleased to have them both in the hands of Andrew Myers! I know that turnover among car salesmen is often high; I also know that every business succeeds on the basis of the skills and abilities of its key employees. Mr. Myers, in my opinion, is a franchise player!

I would like to thank you and your team for the great customer service when my wife and I purchased our 2 vehicles 2011 Suburban and 04 Honda Pilot on July 30th . Mr. Stearns, JT, Doug and Adam did a great job, the way Doug and JT treated the cars was if they owned them and if it didn’t look right it was fixed. We have a 2007 Grand Caravan that will need to be replaced sometime on the horizon and we will be back to do business with you guys again. I did send Jerry Reynolds a review how you guys knock things out of the park so maybe you might hear from him. I like I told JT you are CLASSY guys at CLASSIC. Thank You.

BEST Service Manager

I don't normally do this, and I suspect that most people do not, but I have to tell you that you have the BEST Service Manager that I have ever dealt with in Jim Field. I have always driven Volvos, but last July 17th I stopped in 'just to look' at the Miata because I know people that have had them and loved them, and I was in the mood for something different. Between Jim and your excellent sales force, I drove off the lot in that Miata. Never once have I ever regretted that purchase. However, last Sunday, July 3rd, I was on my way to Church and was on the Dallas North Tollway southbound when the temperature and oil gauges both stopped working, the air conditioning was only blowing hot air, and the car would not accelerate...just kept losing power and began smoking badly...so I luckily was in a spot where I could pull over and get it off the Tollway, where it just died before I could even turn the ignition off. I had it towed to my apartment in Frisco, and called Jim because I had no idea what had happened. He was so kind as to come to Frisco on Monday afternoon (July 4th Holiday), to take a look, as he had never heard of such a thing happening to a Mazda like that (with only 15.8K miles on it). You have no idea what that meant to me...he did NOT have to do that, and I do not know of another Service Manager anywhere that would have done that. But, he cares so much for his customers and the reputation of YOUR dealership that he took the time out of his Holiday to come see what had happened. It was a mystery, so we had it towed to Denton and they are working on it now, but it looks as though it will require a new engine, etc. I was treated so well, and given a loaner car to drive for as long as it takes to either fix my car, or replace it, whichever is determined to be the best course of action. I have complete faith and trust in your service department, so I am not worried, and know that I will be well taken care of. But, I just thought you needed to know what a quality dealership you have, and it is ONLY that way because of the quality employees that you have. You can pass this along to Jim or not, but at least you know that you have a customer for life because of your excellent service department, and specifically your Service Manager, Jim Field. Thanks again for providing your customers with the BEST service department/manager that I have ever run across.

Hands down the best car dealership in Texas. There's no pressure on you to buy a car, best information given to help make your choice regardless of what and where you buy. They really have your family in their best interest. The friendliest customer services and very patient. They take heart that your time is important and do everything they can to make it pleasant and quick as possible. This is the 3rd car we have bought from Classic Mazda of Denton and will always go back. We had our 2 year old daughter with us and even she had a blast. The service department will always make sure you leave with a smile. Ryan Rector was amazing in every aspect of the look, buy and sell. This dealership is the only one that have service my car since I purchased it. They have always listened to my concern and if there was a problem, they would correct ii if possible. An example of that, when I took it in yesterday, I mention that the floor mat on the driver side had lost the clips that holds it in place. Bernardo told me he would have them to look at it and if they could be replace, they would. Today I noticed that it was as it was when I bought it. Great service every time I have taken it in.

I have not always been a fan of Mazda but the service at this dealership is second to none. Everytime I have brought in the Mazda Protege ES, the people have been friendly and always willing to service my car even during times when they may be extremely busy. An example of this was last summer my car had a radiator problem so I had it towed to the dealer. Even though they were swamped that day, they still managed to fit my car into their busy schedule to get it serviced and the radiator fixed. It is this kind of service that endears me to this dealership and will make me give a hard look at all the cars that are offered when it comes time to replace my car. This time it was just an oil change but the service was as usual second to none.

They were recommended by Carpro and this made for an easy experience. Ryan had a Mazda 3 hatchback ready for me to test drive, and it was just what I wanted. My only complaint is that there were not more colors available to choose from. They helped me return my rental car to Hertz without a "one way" penalty.

After having an mechanical failure on my Mazda CX-9 just 500 miles out of warranty the Classic Mazda dealership stepped up in a big way to make me almost whole on the re-pair. They paid the difference out of there own pocket because it was the right thing to do. A year later MAZDA USA sent a letter out providing a lifetime warranty on my exact issue. Because of the honorable way the expenses was covered my next purchase of a 2014 Mazda 3 there was no doubt who would get my business. They have earned my loyalty for a long long time.
