Richard Allen, a past President of the Mazda National Dealer advisory council, has 40 years experience in the automotive retail industry and his dealership was one of the first Mazda stores to be named a Mazda “Retail Revolution” facility in North Texas. The “Retail Revolution” is a program developed by Mazda in 2006 and is founded on Mazda’s examination of the industry’s best practices. The “Retail Revolution” model evolved from the progressive and forward thinking dealers that are focused are on changing the customer’s sales and service experience by creating a retail environment that brings Zoom Zoom to Life.
Classic Mazda stocks an extensive inventory, larger than any other North Texas Mazda dealership. Community involvement is a high priority at Classic Mazda and we work a local church to sponsor the “Fix My Ride” Event twice a year, once in the spring and again in the fall. The program provides families that are on a tight budget and cannot afford minor service repairs with the repair work necessary to allow their vehicles to pass state inspection requirements. Each Christmas, Classic Mazda’s employees connect with a local church and raise money for 8 families and 60 children to purchase gifts, toys and food so that these families can have a Merry Christmas.
Classic Mazda’s sales department is open Monday – Friday from 8am until 7:30pm and on Saturday from 8am until 6pm. The service department is open Monday – Friday from 7am until 7pm and on Saturday from 8am until 5pm. The showroom and sales department is in a state-of-the-art facility with a modern and open design. The service department lounge offers comfortable leather sofas where customers can see their vehicle during the entire service process.
